This is a short article I wrote and shot, surrounding an experience I had at the LFW Burberry show I went to recently. 

A documentary photo series examining a craftsman and jeweller practicing his trade. Shot across his workshop and studio, the series moves between close studies of hands shaping metal and more intimate portraits that reveal the person behind the craft.

A short editorial shoot styled by Amelie Wallace for her Iris Van Herpen inspired zine, “Aries”. 

This is a documentary I directed that explores the core thesis of Surrealism by moving from art history and psychology to a modern experiment inducing hallucinations to create art.

2025

This is a short film inspired by a collision between British Social-Realism and the French New Wave. It’s about the feeling of navigating loss, love, and the tension that underlies it.

Ashmouth is an experimental short film and introspective self portrait installation piece regarding my growing anxiety surrounding the application of artificial intelligence in the creative industries; shot by and starring me.

Infancy is a visual exploration of biological and theological notions of birth, and the human body’s relationship with  antiquated societal ideas of “purity”. Anyone can be perceived as morally pure when placed in a vacuum, or in this instance, a womb.

The Marlboro Man was an icon of American advertising throughout the 70’s and 80’s, selling an idealistic fantasy surrounding the roles of masculinity and the great American wilderness. As the long-standing appeal of tobacco has declined, and our collective perception of smoking has changed, I placed the once celebrated figure amongst settings that feel both incongruous to our traditional ideas around the consumption of cigarettes, but more fitting to our contemporary culture.
